Domestic Orders:
Exude ships all orders out of its fulfillment center based in Wisconsin, USA. We ship your order within ten (10) business days from the day your credit card is processed. Your order will remain in pending status until the day it has shipped so, please do not be concerned as to whether or not it has been received, processed or shipped just because your order may show that it is pending. If we have received your order, it will be shipped within the ten (10) business day period of receiving your order.

International Orders:
Exude ships its products world wide. If you live anywhere outside the U.S., please contact us for shipping quote. Please include your exact address including postal code and a phone number where you can be reached. Please Note that all shipping and handling charges reflected on our online store are for the U.S. only. For faster response, please include Shipping Quote in the subject line.
Returns and Refunds:
Exude does not offer any refunds except for used or damaged goods and must be returned to Exude within 30 days of receipt. Exude at its own expense will reship replacement piece(s) out to customer if needed. All returns/product(s) are to be sent to:

If you wish to cancel an order before it is shipped out there will be a $5.00 charge to have the order reversed.
